Cessna 185 Skywagon RTF RC Float Flight Review!

8:22 “really nice … 8:22 “really nice scale passes!” I don’t think flying low at full throttle is classified as a scale-pass, since the speed, the altitude and the bank-angle at some points is done a lot more agressive and fast by you than the real plane in live action actually can perform. Still some nice none-scale flying though!

Floats work great … Floats work great on grass. Better than wheels on small models like this. Just skims on top of the grass, dosen’t nose over.

Thanks for the … Thanks for the useful information! I built her stock and overall I found her to be a nice plane all together. I do not see any issues with my struts or my velcro so far. The batter bay is rare earth magnetic, so I can see that a piece of tape would not hurt. The main wings are really strong on the spar. No flexing that I can see. Thanks again and hope you enjoy your flights!!

This is a nice … This is a nice trainer. If you have time on a simulator, as long as you are confident, you should be able to fly this cessna on main gears. If you choose to, you can start with a 4 channel but in a smaller aircraft as well.
