Because it is not safe to reuse a lid used to seal canned another canning jar, which can used with all caps? It may not seem a major problem for the pan occasionally at home that puts a couple of batches of tomato marmalade and jam every year.

If you get into the habit still a lot of things that end up with a bunch of tapes used. Instead of throwing garbage and landfill problems, here are ten creative ideas for reuse lids used to pack.

1. Mobile
Paint the tops of bright colors. Make a hole through the lid of a 1 / 4 inch the edge. League thread at the top and then the hanger.

Performs a series of Christmas ornaments from the eyelids to the drilling patterns on the lid. Be creative by drilling patterns such as puppets snow, snowflakes, Santa Claus, Christmas tree, cross, etc. Enjoy and tail to fit the circumference of the outer lid.
