2 hobby lobby.com Lama V4 RTF CoAxial RC Helicopter13-1/2″ main rotors, 16″ long, weighs 8 oz. The two rotors are co-axial and contra-rotating on a single shaft. Lama V4 helicopter is very easy to fly. So easy even someone with no experience can learn in a very short time. The helicopter is complete and ready to fly and includes a 4 channel 72 MHz, mode 2, FM transmitter, a 4-in-one mixer/controller (electronic gyro, mixer, motor controller, receiver), two motors, two servos, 7.4V, 800-mAh Lithium battery and Lithium battery charger. Charge the flight battery, install 8 AA batteries (not included) in the transmitter and fly it. Durable design bounces rather than breaks in most crashes, comes with a complete spare set of main blades, and we stock spare parts. Instruction booklet provides some helpful tips about the basics of radio-controlled helicopter flying. This it is an extremely well built and well-designed radio controlled model helicopter. The 72 MHz radio, the motors, and servos are hobby quality products that will provide many hours of service.

    ive flew my dads e sky and it was my first ever 4 channel co axail and loved it im going to be buying a e flite blade cx2 for christmas and see how that one is my freind said e flite is better im still a beginer but im a rapid learner 2 flights i was already flying the esky with percise movements an able to hold a stable hover on the spot my dad had it trimm to the best u could just let go and itl hover

Even thought I have just used it twice, when i charge it now, it runs out within seconds! I would like to ask you how you treat your LI-PO battery…How long do you charge it for and for how long does it last…flying? I am desperate….Thank you

    maybe you can help me? im a beginner, and my heli spins to counter closkwise…
    i tried adjusting on the transmitter, no good…
    then i took the body off to adjust the “gain” and “proportional” i maxed them both clockwise still spins around… HELP =(

    These helis are good to master the transmitters. I have an E-flite CX2 which is near enough identical. The secret is in the trimming though.

    I rammed my car into a tank and it smashed to pieces. Nothing like on the adverts. Its ridiculous, the windscreen came in like it was gonna kill me.
    No proper rc vehicle can withstand a crash. I crashed my rc truk into a car, and it cracked the shell for ejemplo (nice strong tamiya metal chassis though)

    I agree…and a couple hard crashes and the skids break off…i was flying mine and it got out of control and ran into some branches on a tree but BARELY and guess what..the whole front end cracked..they are fun but breakable

    i bought the lama v4 and when i trimed it i trimed it forward al the way and left all the way and it is still going backward and right but the throttle and roter are fine
