NOTE: I have mastered my FMS with a trainer RC simulator. I have some problems at my landings due to over-flaring of the plane and therefore causing the back of the plane to strike the ground before the main landing gear. I am going to buy the plane in this November.

Actually, NO.

Your first ‘real’ plane should be a high wing trainer.
They are slower, MUCH more stable, and ALSO CHEAPER!!

Flying a simulator is good practice, but the real plane will NOT handle exactly the same, in part due to the variable conditions (weather) you meet in the ‘real world’.
Be sure you have a SAFE place to fly.
Smaller planes REQUIRE a ‘hard’ surface to take off and land, as they don’t have the power or large enough wheels to handle ‘grass’ fields.
If possible, contact a loacl club. Most of them are quite willing to help you learn to fly.

ALSO, the smaller models (EP and/or Gas) do NOT handle even light breezy winds very well.
