I’m looking for buy an electric motor for a remote control air plane. I’m trying to find a motor with the right amount of power but I don’t know how to look at one and tell.

Whats the unit of measurement equivalent to Horse Power in electric motors?

there are various motors out there some are brushed motors and the
new higher reving brushless motors but this also depends on price
and also you need electronic speed controllers you are best going to your nearest model shop and ask their advice hope this is of help
as these two types motors are used in model planes
